(Please note that item value could increase at times depending on parcel weight. We will send you a new quote if needed).
Please note that delivery fees differ for the high-risk area according to courier guidelines. Redira will forward your proof of amount directly from the courier. You can pay the difference, accept delivery to your nearest Courier Guy, or arrange collection with your courier directly from us.
Standard delivery takes place during office hours. Clients can, unfortunately, not select the delivery date or time. Standard delivery options are not available after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please carefully consider the information when selecting your delivery address.
Delivery timeframes differ and depends on your delivery address, postal code, and selected delivery option:
1) Between Upington and Augrabies: usually two to three working days.
2) Other areas orders: usually seven working days.
Please note that there may be unexpected delays with deliveries entirely out of our hands. Redira will inform you in advance if there are any expected delays.
